The Practice Self Love Retreat

February is the month of Valentine’s Day. We buy cards and roses and shower our loved ones with gifts and expressions of our heart. We give in the spirit of love. But February can also bring feelings of loss, or having missed out on the love that we wanted. Looking at social media, it’s easy to get caught up in comparison, and wishing we had something we don’t. But what about Self Love? The Dalai Lama says that if you don’t love yourself, you cannot love others. I believe this, and would add that loving ourselves means knowing our own truth. The Practice was created to address this. It is a journey into ourselves using feminine yoga, deep conversations, journaling, and meditation to connect to own heart’s desires. The Practice is a way to explore your inner truth and listen to the wisdom that lives in your own heart. It is way to get to know yourself, for real.
