Non-profit Contra Costa Senior Legal Services teams up with the City of Concord and members of CSAA Insurance Group's Legal Division to provide this free legal clinic for seniors 60 and older who reside anywhere in Contra Costa County. Attorneys will meet individually for 45 minutes with seniors to prepare an Advance Health Care Directive tailored specifically to your wishes and then notarized for free. An AHCD is the legal document used to (1) ensure that your health care wishes are known if you are unable to speak for yourself, and (2) allows you to appoint an agent to make health care decisions for you.
