Just in time for back to school is our Moms Tapping Group kickoff!

Ah, the joys of going back to school: getting the kids to school on time, homework, making sure they have lunch/money, homework, on and off friendships, homework, after school care, homework, sports, homework, volunteering, homework, fundraisers, homework, etc.

This is a great time to let go of old stuck emotions, patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you and keep you from being present with your children.

If you find yourself yelling when you don't want to, not knowing what to do about an issue at school, feeling inadequate as a mom, or just stretched to your limit, come tap away your own blocks and support other moms by tapping for their benefit too! (You don't have to have school-age children to attend.)

It's hard to believe until you've experienced it for yourself, but it IS possible to take the charge out of your emotions – and automatically make yourself able to think more clearly in just 10 minutes.

You don't need to know how to tap to attend. And you can participate without taking a turn yourself--it still feels great!

By the end of the evening you'll be ready to take this wonderful tool home with you to use whenever the duties of motherhood become overwhelming.
