My goal is to prevent you from becoming part of these dreaded statistics which is why I invite you to attend my next event, Eat - What You MUST KNOW to Look in the Mirror and Say, “WOW!”, on Wednesday, January 16th at 6:30 pm PST at Body Love Cafe. There is a very good chance that over the years of trying to “find a nutritional solution that will ACTUALLY work” you have been lied to! Broken promises and myths in the world of nutrition has become the norm and it is not surprising that the number of people suffering with preventable health conditions is soaring. During this experience, you will finally have the chance to debunk what you have been told so that you can look, feel, and be healthy while enjoying the process. This is the FIRST CLASS in our BODY LOVE CHALLENGE and we will provide the option of 5 different meal plans to follow (no charge) including Ketogenic, Balanced, Vegetarian, Vegan, HFLC & an optional Detox (fee for supplies).
