See the only ballet created by choreographer George Balanchine, composer Igor Stravinsky, and designer Coco Chanel.

Diablo Ballet presents Balanchine & Beyond, February 1st and 2nd at Del Valle Theatre in Walnut Creek, featuring Balanchine's stunning 1928 masterpiece based on the Greek god Apollo.

The program also features the spectacular dancing of the legendary ballet Paquita, as well as From Another Time, a mysterious, absorbing glimpse into a dream world by German choreographer (and Diablo Ballet dance alumna) Tina Kay Bohnstedt, featuring a haunting original score performed live by Bay Area composer Justin Levitt.
