What impact did the Academy Award winning film Black Swan have on the ballet world?

Join Diablo Ballet for a fascinating evening exploring the legendary ballet Swan Lake at the Danville Library on Wednesday, April 24th, 7 pm - 8 pm.

Diablo Ballet dance patron Diane Mauch will lead a lively and informative discussion about then history and legacy of Swan Lake plus the masterpiece score by Tchaikovsky.

She will also examine the impact the 2010 movie Black Swan had on this classic dance work as well as ballet in general.

Admission is free. A drawing will be held to win tickets to see Diablo Ballet's Celebrated Masters program May 3rd & 4th performances which features selections from Swan Lake.
