The beauty and artistry of the legendary ballet Swan Lake comes to Diablo Ballet May 3rd and 4th at Del Valle Theatre in Walnut Creek.

Performances are:

 - Saturday, May 4th 2 pm
 - Saturday, May 4th 8 pm

The gorgeous Swan Lake Suite features the thrilling Black Swan and White Swan sections set to the beloved score by Tchaikovsky, and staged Diablo Ballet Artistic Director Lauren Jonas and Joanna Berman, former principal dancer of San Francisco Ballet.

 The Celebrated Masters program also features the exciting Mozart inspired Tryst by Val Caniparoli and the contemporary masterwork Walk before Talk, by KT Nelson, Co-Artistic Director of San Francisco's ODC/Dance.

 After each performance, you're invited to meet the dancers in the Del Valle lobby for a complimentary dessert reception. Free parking is available.

Before the Saturday, May 4th, 8 pm performance, join Diablo Ballet's Diane Mauch for a free, informative talk about the legacy of Swan Lake and the effect the film Black Swan has had on ballet.
