Join the Mount Diablo State Park trail crew and help maintain and improve our park’s beautiful hiking trails! This month, we will head to the John Muir Picnic Area high up on Mount Diablo, with spectacular views east to the Sierra Nevada and west to the ocean. We will focus primarily on pruning in the dense chaparral surrounding the picnic area and a trail leading up to a nearby monument, as well as some minor tread repair.
