The American Soldier, A Photographic Tribute September 18 – December 18 Opening Day Program: Lecture by Curator and Producer, Cyma Rubin. Sunday, September 18, 2:00pm, Soda Center The American Soldier, A Photographic Tribute, an exhibition of 116 photographs, from the Civil War to the War in Iraq, will open at 11:00am this Sunday, September 18th in the Saint Mary’s College Museum of Art. This is a dramatic exhibition of photographs from the Civil War to the War in Iraq that captures the essence of American soldiering. The exhibition captures the courage, camaraderie, humor, family, sacrifice and victory that our soldiers and Marines have encountered in their odyssey through history.
