Diablo Ballet presents Love Stories

The final program of Diablo Ballet's 27th Season

The final program of Diablo Ballet's 27th Season, Love Stories, features the wedding celebration from one of the best-loved classical ballets, Coppelia. This charming, lighthearted, romantic comedy staged by Artistic Director, Lauren Jonas, and Broadway choreographer, Sean Kelly, features a brash young protagonist, a doll that comes to life, and a dash of magic. Also included is the romantic duet, Carousel (A Dance) choreographed by Christopher Wheeldon, inspired by the Broadway musical; and the fun and light-hearted Frugivory by Portuguese choreographer Bruno Roque. The performance was filmed in our black box theatre and will be presented virtually over two weekends June 18-20 and June 25-27.  Patrons can view the performance at anytime and as many times as they like on the weekend of their choice.
