Due to poor air quality from the fires raging in the North Bay, the Contra Costa County Health Department issued a cancellation notice for all outdoor events this weekend. Sadly, that means Saturday's Oktoberfest on Locust Street is canceled. Event organizers are working on a new date for the event.
