With its combination of Argentinian roots, 19th century California history, a depth and breadth of fine wines, an ambitious culinary program, and show-stopping architecture and technology, Palmaz Vineyards is one of Napa’s most distinctive wineries. Add to these attributes the winery’s always creative customer engagements, and Palmaz is one Napa winery on which to keep close tabs. During the month of February, it’s all things truffle at the Coombsville-located winery.

Palmaz offers three ways in which to indulge your truffle cravings:

Watch - Wine Stream Wednesday Episode 28: Truffles and Wine. February 2, 4pm PST, the Palmaz family talks about one of their favorite pairings. Decadent and luxurious, these flavorful morsels add excitement and complexity to any food and wine pairing. Watch previous episodes here.

Passionate about food, wine, and land preservation, Amalia and Julio Palmaz, the winery’s Buenos Aires-born co-founders and co-chairs, combine tradition with technology at both their fabled Napa winery and at their Genesee Valley cattle ranch located in the heart of California’s legendary Gold Country, surrounded by the Plumas National Forest. Both are family operations, and both employ the highest standards in producing products of unparalleled quality and luxury.
