Nobu Palo Alto Partners with DuMOL for California Wine Month

Nobu Hotel Palo Alto is closing out California Wine Month in partnership with Russian River Valley winery DuMOL for a curated six-course tasting menu. Offered exclusively during the last two weeks of the month, this menu highlights highly nuanced, vineyard-focused Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays grown in the southwestern part of the Russian River Valley, paired with a mix of specialty items and Nobu classic dishes.

Featured dishes and wine pairings include:
Bluefin tuna with Yuzu-Layu sauces - paired with 2019 Wester Reach Chardonnay, Russian River Valley
Japanese snapper with sea salt lemon Julienne Shiso slice of black truffle - paired with 2018 Estate Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast
Renowned Nobu sushi, Yellowtail - Jalapeno style - paired with 2019 Isobel Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast
Grilled Ocean Trout, pickled 7 spice daikon, Yuzu tosazu butter sauce with freshly picked Chervil- paired with 2019 Chloe Chardonnay, Russian River Valley
Japanese Castella cake, braised honey crisp apple, lemon thyme gelato and almond kaniko crumble - paired with Ikaati Tea- Black Orchid
$155 per person, $205 per person with wine pairings; reservations highly encouraged.
