1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup cold butter
2 cups blueberries
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together flour, oats, 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, & baking soda. Cut butter into the mixture to form crumbs. Set aside 1 1/2 cups and press remaining into a parchment lined 9 “dish to form crust. Bring blueberries, 1/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, & fresh lemon juice to a boil in a saucepan until thick, about 3 minutes. (Stir constantly to avoid burning jam.) Spread blueberry jam over crust.
