TRICK OR TREAT ON FOURTH STREET
Fourth Street in Berkeley will host a free Halloween celebration on Monday, Oct. 31 from 2 to 5 p.m. featuring trick-or-treating at 65 shops, live music, pumpkin painting, professional photography, Halloween-themed product demos, and more. New this year, Fourth Street will be centralizing the fun by closing off Delaware Street in front of Sur La Table. Free activities include a photo booth by PhotoLab, Face Painting by Dinnie's Delights, Scary Hair Styling by Keter Salon, Bubble Show by Sterling the Bubblesmith, Fun Fishin’ by Rabat, Pumpkin Painting by Market Hall Foods, Pet Parade at George, and Live Music by This Old Band. A pumpkin-carving competition will take place now through October 29. To enter, post a picture of your carved pumpkin to Lunettes Du Monde Optometry’s Facebook page to wine a $100 gift certificate towards a children’s spectacle purchase.
