de Youngsters Art Party

Get lost in guided exhibition explorations, a silent disco, digital art activations and more! The theme of this year’s de Youngsters Art Party is inspired by Frank Stella: A Retrospective, the de Young’s current special exhibition surveying the career of iconic painter Frank Stella. Guests will see more than fifty major works that span the artist’s career, from his legendary early Black paintings, to recent sculptural works created with cutting-edge digital technologies. Entertainment will include performances by Velocity Circus; ‘The Artistic Eye,’ an “activation station” created by Adobe, mocktails in the Tween Glow Lounge, flipbook making, and many more Stella-inspired art making opportunities. Fun-sized bites and beverages will be served. All proceeds from the de Youngsters Art Party help to support a year of educational initiatives and free family programming at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco.
