On Tuesday, August 28th, guests are invited to cook alongside Chef Oscar Cabezas and learn the age-old secrets of authentic Spanish paella. Chef will walk guests through crafting the perfect sangria and paella pairing, starting with a hands-on sangria demonstration, where participants will create a custom mix of their favorite fruits and garnishes while indulging in pintxos, traditional bite sized appetizers. With sangria in hand, you will then be invited to watch, lend a helping hand, and taste as Oscar cooks his famous, traditional paella with fresh seafood and Spanish meats. Will wind down the evening with a glass of cava and a traditional Spanish dessert, while catching the sunset on the second story patio!
