The School for Lies, by David Ives (Adapted from The Misanthrope by Moliere) | Directed by Daniel Larlham (Lysistrata, Twelfth Night) A beautiful young widow, known for her satiric tongue, finds her world turned upside when she meets her match in a misanthropic stranger. "Ives’ streamlined plot, unstoppable couplets, and mega-topical references blow Moliere's masterpiece wide open for today’s audiences."


Enrichment Event: Comedy (for Confusing Times): Join us for a lively discussion on the serious side of comedy. How well does comedy diagnose human folly? What are its blindspots or pitfalls? Can comedy bring clarity in confusing times, or does it simply exaggerate divisions between groups? Guest speaker will be Jeff Raz. Friday, April 24th, 2020, 6:30-7:30 pm Delphine Lounge (next to the Bookstore)


 Parking is enforced until 6pm in the Visitors' lots. So, for the 4pm performance, pick up your visitor parking pass at JARC Rec Center parking lot ticket machine and drive up to the Soda Center parking lot. Passes are $5 per day or 50 cents per hour. LeFevre Theatre is across from the book store.
