Join us for an Open House to hear special guest Karina Robinson talk about California's first African American landowners and how she used the County archives to write her graduate thesis on this topic. Following Karina's talk will be tours of the County archives. Take advantage of this special opportunity to see how CCCHS preserves delicate records and special collections. WHEN: Saturday, February 20, 2016 WHERE: Contra Costa County History Center 724 Escobar Street, Martinez DETAILS: Admission is free ($5.00 suggested donation at the door.)
